The location of this hotel is superb, offering easy access to the main parks while maintaining a tranquil vibe. The staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the high resort fees and parking costs were surprisingly steep. Additionally, cleanliness could have been improved, as we encountered some inconsistencies.

we really liked our stay at the walt disney world swan. the shuttles to all the disney parks were a game changer for us! our room had clean sheets and towels, and we loved having a shower instead of a bath. the staff was super helpful, making the experience even better.

I truly appreciated the elegance of the hotel's decor, with its warm colors and plush seating areas that provided a welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility features made navigating the hotel easy and comfortable for someone like me.

The stay at Walt Disney World Swan was quite enjoyable. The property was beautifully appointed, featuring multiple pools, including a serene quiet pool. The shuttle service to all Disney parks was exceptional, along with well-maintained rooms that included clean sheets, towels, and a convenient shower. Staff assistance was also noteworthy, particularly for setting up my business needs.

Parking fees were steep.

Great experience with fantastic amenities

The location was perfect, just a short walk to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Our room was spacious with a king bed, private bathroom, and an air conditioner. The pool area was awesome, featuring waterfalls and slides, and the food at the pool bar was top-notch. The spa offered relaxing massage options and a hot tub. Staff were super attentive.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The room was beautifully modern, and the lobby had such a cheerful vibe. Dining at Kimonos was a highlight with fresh sushi and a fun karaoke night! I’ll definitely return.

Enjoyed the pool complex, but the room had a musty smell.

It was just a great fit for a little getaway in Lake Buena Vista with incredible value for money. The staff were quite professional during our stay, especially when they quickly helped us switch rooms. Make sure to check if everything in the room is working before settling in.

The room was spacious and equipped with thoughtful features designed for accessibility. I also appreciated the early entry to the theme parks, which gave me a head start on the attractions.

The dining options felt limited and could use more variety.

Not great for families.

We did get moved to another room after the shower broke, which was a small relief! Also, the early entry to the Disney parks was nice, we beat the crowds, felt like kings!

But let me tell you, it wasn’t exactly cheap, that’s for sure!

Family with children will love this!

The location was incredible. Super close to the parks, we just chilled and walked over to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Plus, the housekeeping was top-notch, Sara even brought us extra towels without a hassle.

It was a bit pricey, but honestly, it was acceptable.
